Ceremony 5:00PM - 5:30PM

Join us for an intimate and heartfelt ceremony as we celebrate our love at the stunning Yering Station Winery. Surrounded by the picturesque vineyards and scenic views of the Yarra Valley, we will exchange vows in a beautiful outdoor setting. We invite you to share this special moment with us, witnessing the beginning of our journey together as a married couple.

Wedding Photos 5:30PM - 6:00PM

We'll be taking group photos with our amazing photographer right after the ceremony. Please stick around so we can capture this special moment with all of you!

Cocktail Hour 6:00PM - 7:00PM

Time to mingle! Enjoy delicious canapes and refreshments, strike a pose in our photo booth, and enjoy the beautiful sounds of our violinist.

Reception 7:00PM - 11:00PM

Let's get this party started! Following the cocktail hour, we invite you to an evening of joy, laughter, and celebration at our reception. Enjoy a delightful dining experience, hit the dance floor, and create unforgettable memories with us!

Getting to Yering Station Winery

Yering Station is located at 38 Melba Hwy, Yering VIC 3770.

Wedding Bus: For your convenience, a bus will be provided for guests travelling from Melbourne CBD. Please RSVP by February 1st, 2025 to reserve your seat. The below times are rough estimates and are subject to change closer to the date.
- Pickup Location: Russell Street Extension (rear of Federation Square)
- Departure Time: 2:30 PM
- Return Time: 11:15 PM

Accommodation

We recommend staying in Melbourne CBD and taking the wedding bus to and from the venue.

Adelphi: 5-star boutique hotel with rooftop pool and city views.
YEHS Melbourne Hotel CBD: Budget-friendly option with simple rooms, some with kitchens, and a cafe.
Chateau Yering Hotel: Right next door to the venue. Reach out to us for a 10% off coupon.

Are children invited to the wedding?: Children are most welcome! Please ensure to fill out the RSVP accordingly.
Is there parking available at the venue?: Yes, Yering Station Winery has a free parking lot for guests.
When should I arrive at the ceremony?: The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow time for seating.
What is the dress code?: Cocktail attire or semi-formal. We'd love for everyone to feel comfortable and stylish as we capture lots of pictures and create lasting memories! To help you with your outfit choice, we've added some general guidelines below—feel free to get creative and express your personal style.
For women: We'd love to see you in light colors such as light green, light pink, light blue, etc. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or a skirt and top.
For men: A suit and tie is perfect. You can also wear a blazer and dress pants. No jeans, please.
Can I bring a guest?: To help us ensure there is enough space and food for everyone, please reach out to us directly if you would like to bring a guest. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.
When should I RSVP by?: Please RSVP by February 1st.
Will there be a gift registry?: If you would like to bless us with a gift, we will be following the Chinese tradition of accepting red pockets.
What time does the reception end?: The reception will end at 11:00 PM. We have a shuttle bus that will depart shortly after and take people back to Melbourne CBD.
